Return Policy
You can return items sold and fulfilled by Adcompcs.com for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. All phone must be in new condition and returned in the original product packaging. Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts, and your receipt or packing slip. To contact Adcompcs.com regarding a return, please call 1-773-427-6633.

All phones must be returned with all original accessories, 10 % restocking fee will be applied.
Return the item(s) to a Adcom location:
Bring the Item(s) with a copy of your shipping confirmation to Adcom for credit to your original tender

Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice:
Complete the return form located on the bottom of the original packing slip that came with your order.
Please include a copy of the completed form along with your return

Pack the item in original packaging.
Ship the item(s) to the address printed on the return shipping label that came with your order from the carrier of your choice.
Note, we recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment.

Phones that are not returnable
Adcompcs.com does not accept returns of the following items:
• Any product more than 14 days after delivery to the customer
• Any product that indicates use or damage by the customer
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC
• If any of the foregoing are returned to Adcompcs.com, we will reject such item and return it to you and you will not be entitled to reimbursement for your shipping costs.
Returns without a receipt: If you don't have your receipt, your return is eligible only for an in–store credit for the lowest selling price within the previous 14 days. We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns made or without a receipt may be refused. Adcompcs.com reserves the right to deny any return.
